HOW-TO: Add Email Account to Your Mobile Device with Outlook Web

To add an email account using the Outlook Mobile app on your mobile phone, follow these steps:

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Download and Install Outlook:

    • Go to the App Store.

    • Search for “Microsoft Outlook”.

    • Download and install the app.

  2. Open Outlook:

    • Open the Outlook app.

  3. Add Account:

    • If this is your first time using Outlook, tap “Get Started”.

    • If you’ve used Outlook before, tap your profile icon in the top left corner, then tap the gear icon to open settings, and select “Add Account”.

  4. Enter Email Address:

    • Enter your email address and tap “Add Account”.

  5. Enter Password:

    • Enter the password for your email account and tap “Sign In”.

  6. Additional Settings:

    • If prompted, follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the setup, such as allowing permissions.

  7. Setup Complete:
