How We Work: Operational Governance & Engagement Standards

At Rebnetik Enterprise, we deliver high-accountability Managed IT, Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity services. Our Operational Governance framework ensures total transparency on service boundaries, guarantees rapid support response times, and eliminates surprise billing.

Dedicated Communication Channels & Response Targets

To guarantee strict compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), all communications are routed by function:

Technical Support & Service Requests

All technical support requests must be submitted directly to support@rebnetik.com. Submitting requests to this dedicated address automatically logs your ticket, assigns priority ranking, and starts your guaranteed SLA response timer.

Priority 1Critical System Outage

Initial response within 1 Hour

Priority 2High / Business Impact

Initial response within 4 Hours

Priority 3Standard User Support

Initial response within 8 Hours

Note: Direct text messages or personal emails to technicians are unmonitored for SLA compliance and are strictly prohibited for official support delivery.

Sales & Scope Inquiries

Proposals, contract updates, and project scope requests are managed via quotes@rebnetik.com.

General Correspondence

Administrative and vendor communications are processed through info@rebnetik.com.

Standardized Service Tiers & Out-of-Scope Protection (Schedule E)

Our Master Services Agreement (MSA V11) establishes clear scope boundaries to protect your organization from unexpected invoices while ensuring routine support remains fully covered under your monthly subscription.

Monthly Covered Scope (MRR)

Includes automated endpoint monitoring, EDR threat detection, patch management, SIEM log auditing, and agreed-upon help desk support for active workstations and servers.

Schedule E Professional Services

System rebuilds, net-new cloud architecture deployments, custom SharePoint/Power Automate workflow development, and major infrastructure migrations are classified as out-of-scope project work.

Pre-Authorization Rules

We will never perform out-of-scope billable engineering without issuing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or receiving prior written authorization from your designated point of contact.

Equipment Coverage Policy (CFE / GFE Compliance)

To maintain strict cybersecurity baselines, CMMC/NIST compliance readiness, and system integrity:

Covered Devices

Rebnetik exclusively manages Corporate-Furnished Equipment (CFE) and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) owned or leased directly by your organization.

Device Onboarding

All net-new endpoints must undergo standardized hardware provisioning ($150 flat fee) including unboxing, zero-trust imaging, Microsoft Autopilot/Intune enrollment, and security agent deployment prior to network connection.

BYOD Exclusion

Personal, unmanaged employee devices (Bring Your Own Device) are strictly excluded from monthly agreement coverage and help desk support.

Automated & Predictable Billing

Rebnetik standardizes all recurring monthly agreements through automated electronic ACH (Direct Debit) processing:

Billing Date

Monthly recurring subscriptions process automatically on the 1st of each calendar month.

Itemized Transparency

Fixed-fee onboarding, pre-approved Schedule E project milestones, and monthly tier adjustments are clearly itemized on your electronic portal statement prior to charge execution.
