Computer support / Desktop support

Computer support that gets you moving again.

A stalled laptop. An email account you cannot reach. A team waiting on a printer. Get a clear next step for the technology problem in front of you.

Serving businesses across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Residential requests start with a remote-support availability check.

01 / For your business

SMB onsite & remote support

Keep your employees focused on their work. Rebnetik helps small and midsize businesses troubleshoot desktops, laptops, applications, email, and everyday connectivity issues.

  • Remote troubleshooting for supported computers and accounts
  • Onsite assistance when the issue needs hands-on attention
  • Help desk support shaped around your team and environment

Start with a scope assessment so coverage, locations, responsibilities, and support expectations are clear before the work begins. Onsite work is coordinated around your location and agreed scope.

02 / For your home

Residential emergency remote support

When your personal computer interrupts something important, start by explaining what happened. Request remote assistance for a home desktop or laptop without confusing it with a business support contract.

  • Describe the problem and the device affected
  • Confirm remote access is possible and help is available
  • Agree on the work and cost before assistance starts

Emergency describes the urgency of your request. Availability and timing must be confirmed, and a residential request does not include the business SLA. A computer that will not power on or cannot connect may need hands-on repair.

Northern Virginia business support

Small business computer support in Northern Virginia

Keep a small office or distributed team productive with support for the computers, accounts, and connections used every day. Rebnetik serves Northern Virginia businesses with remote troubleshooting and onsite assistance arranged around the location and agreed work.

For a team working across Arlington, Alexandria, or Fairfax, start with the devices involved, the office locations, and who can authorize access. We clarify which issues can be handled remotely, when a visit is appropriate, and what falls outside routine support before agreeing on coverage.

Business support follows your agreement and the response priorities below. Residential emergency remote assistance is a separate service with availability confirmed before work begins.

Everyday problems, practical help

What needs attention?

Tell us what you were trying to do and what stopped working. We will help identify whether the next step is remote troubleshooting, an onsite visit, or a separate repair or project.

Slow desktops & laptops

Investigate sluggish startup, freezing applications, update problems, and a computer that struggles through the workday. Describe when the slowdown started and whether it affects one device or several.

Email & account access

Get help with supported email applications, sign-in problems, account setup, and access interruptions. Business account changes need authorization from the person responsible for your organization’s access.

Software & peripherals

Troubleshoot application errors, printing issues, monitors, and connected equipment. If a manufacturer or software provider needs to be involved, the next step can be coordinated around that dependency.

Connectivity & remote work

Work through Wi-Fi, network access, and remote-work connection problems. Knowing whether other devices can connect helps distinguish a computer issue from a wider internet or network interruption.

Clear expectations

Guaranteed business SLA response times

For covered business support, Rebnetik’s published service standards set initial response times by priority. Submit technical requests to support@rebnetik.com to log a ticket and start the SLA response timer.

Priority 1 / Critical system outage1 hour
Priority 2 / High business impact4 hours
Priority 3 / Standard user support8 hours

These are initial response commitments, not guaranteed repair or resolution times. Your agreement defines covered services and applicable terms. Residential emergency requests and chat inquiries do not automatically start the business SLA timer.

From the first message

A clearer route to getting help.

  1. Tell us what changed

Share the device, symptoms, error message, and when the issue began. For a business, explain how many people are affected and which work is blocked. Leave passwords and sensitive data out of your message.

  2. Confirm the right approach

We clarify access, authorization, and whether remote assistance is suitable. Onsite needs, replacement equipment, recovery work, or a larger change may require a separate scope. Confirm the agreed work before it starts.

  3. Work toward a usable outcome

Support focuses on restoring the task you need to complete and identifying the next action when another provider or a physical repair is required. Initial contact does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved remotely.

Before you reach out

Computer support questions

Should my business start with chat or a support ticket?

Existing clients should email the support desk for technical requests so the issue is logged and prioritized. Chat is useful for general questions and availability. If you are choosing a new provider, the business scope assessment helps establish the support your team needs.

Can you help if my home computer will not start?

Explain what happens when you press the power button and whether you see an error. Remote support requires a device that can run an authorized connection. A power failure, damaged part, or inaccessible device can require physical repair rather than a remote session.

Is a response time the same as a fix time?

No. An initial response starts the support conversation and assessment. Resolution depends on the cause, access, equipment, and any outside services involved. The published business response standards do not promise a repair within that same window.

What will computer support cost?

Business support uses a Custom Scope Quote based on your environment and coverage. For a residential request, confirm availability, the proposed assistance, and the cost before proceeding. Equipment and work outside an agreed scope need separate consideration.
